Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Pre-Sales Associate. The Pre-Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting the sales process through lead qualification, addressing customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering customer requirements. They will collaborate closely with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and ensure a seamless progression through the sales pipeline. The role requires continuous market research, communication with potential clients, and preparing pre-sales documentation.
