Role Overview
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a dynamic Presales Associate to engage with prospective parents, qualify leads, explain our learning programs, and drive demo class bookings for our global offerings. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, comfortable with outbound and inbound conversations, and motivated by conversion, customer engagement, and a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective parents via calls and other communication channels to introduce BrightCHAMPS programs and understand their child’s learning needs.
- Qualify leads based on interest, age group, program fit, and readiness for demo sessions.
- Schedule and coordinate demo classes based on parent availability and counselor or trainer slots.
- Explain program offerings, learning outcomes, and the value proposition of BrightCHAMPS in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Handle incoming inquiries, resolve basic questions, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales or counseling team.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up notes, and status updates in CRM/tools.
- Follow up with interested leads to improve show-up rates for demos and support conversion goals.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure a seamless parent experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in presales, inside sales, telesales, customer engagement, or edtech sales support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; a neutral or clear speaking accent is preferred for parent-facing conversations.
- Good persuasion, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer interaction.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, Google Sheets, Excel, and basic computer tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and work in a target-driven environment.
