Job Summary
Agelix Consulting Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced Proposal Writer cum Pre-Sales Business Development Manager with mandatory experience in US Federal Government proposals and bidding processes.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling US Federal Government RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and contract bidding opportunities. The candidate must possess strong proposal writing, pre-sales, and business development skills along with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, write, edit, and manage high-quality proposals for US Federal Government opportunities.
- Handle end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought, and other solicitation documents.
- Review government requirements and ensure complete proposal compliance.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, SMEs, and management for proposal inputs.
- Develop compelling executive summaries, technical write-ups, capability statements, and value propositions.
- Support pre-sales and business development activities for US Federal opportunities.
- Conduct market research on government agencies, competitors, and upcoming bids.
- Maintain proposal templates, repositories, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals within strict deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong communication with clients and partners during the bidding process.
- Identify new business opportunities in the US Federal Government sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of mandatory experience in US Federal Government proposal writing and bidding.
- Strong understanding of US Federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience in handling RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and government bid management.
- Good experience in pre-sales and business development activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment during US shift hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in IT services or technology consulting companies.
- Knowledge of US Government procurement portals and systems.
- Experience working with US-based clients, vendors, or federal agencies.
- Understanding of staffing, IT consulting, or digital transformation proposals is an added advantage.
