Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre-sales and Operations Executive, based in Mumbai with opportunities for partial remote work. Responsibilities include managing pre-sales activities, supporting sales operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires preparing compelling proposals and presentations, maintaining client relationships, performing market research, and coordinating with internal teams to align sales strategies and operational processes. This role also involves monitoring key sales metrics and assisting in the smooth execution of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, derive insights, and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Excellent Communication skills to articulate ideas, engage customers, and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to address client needs, provide solutions, and enhance satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including creating proposals, maintaining client relationships, and streamlining processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- High level of organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
