Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing presentations, sales proposals & conducting market research.
- Overseeing Demand / Lead Generation.
- Communicate and virtually showcase our projects to prospects and help in sales closures.
- Generating dashboards and reports from CRM to share with stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining database of current and potential buyers, cancellation, etc.
- Rigorous coordination with the Operations team for site visits & sales closures.
- Helping sales closure and achieving monthly targets with the Sales and BD team.
- Overseeing digital marketing, social media presence & calendars & reputation management.
- Maintain the Collaboration and Coordination with consultants and vendors.
- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies.
