Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Pre-Production Engineer / Cutlist Engineer / Design Engineer specializing in Interior Production. In this role, you will be responsible for pre-production planning, analyzing design specifications, preparing cutlists, coordinating production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. Collaboration with design teams, optimizing resources, and maintaining smooth production workflows will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Quality Control and maintaining production standards
- Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with interior production processes and materials is preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field is required
