Job Title: Pre-Primary Wing Coordinator
Location: K.R. Mangalam World School, Vaishali
K.R. Mangalam World School, Vaishali is looking for a passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Wing Coordinator to lead our Early Years program. If you have a strong background in early childhood education and a flair for academic leadership, we would love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee curriculum planning & classroom delivery
- Mentor and train pre-primary teachers
- Ensure holistic development of students
- Manage parent engagement and PTMs
- Plan and execute events & activities
Eligibility:
- 3–6 years of experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years Education
- NTT/Montessori/ECE qualification (B.Ed. preferred)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
