Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Primary Teacher, based in Jakkuru, Bengaluru. The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, implementing the curriculum effectively, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for young learners. Other key responsibilities include guiding students through creative and experiential learning activities, addressing their individual learning needs, and establishing effective communication with parents and guardians to facilitate student development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
- Proven experience and skills in Teaching and facilitating engaging classroom activities
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with young learners, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge or training in child development and Education standards
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Education or related field (preferably in Early Childhood or Elementary Education)
- Passion for teaching and fostering a supportive, creative learning environment
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Prior experience in teaching in pre-primary or early education settings is an added advantage
