Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Pre-Primary & Primary Homeroom Teachers (EY & PYP) at Stellar World School in Mumbai. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons based on the IB Primary Years Program (PYP) curriculum. Teachers will foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment to develop students’ academic, social, and emotional skills. Additional duties include monitoring student progress, maintaining classroom management, collaborating with fellow educators, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure student success.

Location: Bandra/Andheri/Goregaon

Qualifications

• Experience in Curriculum Development and a strong understanding of early or elementary education principles
• Proven skills in Teaching and familiarity with IB PYP teaching methodologies
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Adaptability, enthusiasm for working with young learners, and the ability to foster a positive classroom environment
• Prior experience in international education is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; IB certification is preferred
