🌱 WE ARE HIRING | PRE-PRIMARY MOTHER TEACHER
Location: Kismatpur, Hyderabad
Position: Pre-Primary Mother Teacher
Age Group: 2–6 years
Job Type: Part-Time | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We are looking for a caring, confident and enthusiastic Mother Teacher who enjoys being around young children and can create a classroom where children feel safe, happy, curious and encouraged to learn.
What You'll Do
- Create a warm, nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
- Manage the classroom effectively while maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Implement the preschool curriculum through age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.
- Plan and conduct creative activities, stories, art, music, movement and play-based learning.
- Adapt lesson plans based on children's interests, needs and classroom dynamics.
- Observe children's development and support their individual learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and the school team.
- Maintain classroom routines, hygiene and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Experience working with children aged 2–6 years.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Good understanding of curriculum implementation and early childhood learning.
- Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic about designing engaging learning experiences.
- Patient, compassionate and emotionally responsive towards young children.
- Flexible and comfortable adapting lesson plans based on children's needs.
- Confident, responsible and proactive.
- Most importantly, someone who genuinely loves being around children. ❤️
Good to Have
- ECE / Early Childhood Education certification.
- Experience in a preschool or early-years setting.
- Knowledge of play-based and activity-based learning.
