Company Description Sanctus World School B.N. Reddy is a new World School in Hyderabad offering a global curriculum with planned affiliation to both CBSE and the IB continuum. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, covering multiple positions: Pre-Primary Homeroom Teacher (HRT), Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher (HRT), Hindi Teacher, Librarian, and Special Educator. Pre-Primary and Grade 1 HRTs will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, manage classrooms, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues and families to support early years learning. The Hindi Teacher will design and implement engaging language lessons, develop reading and writing skills, and foster appreciation for Hindi literature and culture. The Librarian will manage library resources, support reading programs, guide learners in information literacy, and maintain an organized, welcoming space. The Special Educator will identify learning needs, develop individualized education plans, coordinate with teachers and families, and provide in-class and pull-out support to ensure inclusive education. All roles involve active participation in school events, adherence to school policies, and contribution to a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant teaching qualifications and training in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education for Pre-Primary and Grade 1 HRT roles.
- Proficiency in Hindi language, with appropriate academic background and teaching experience for the Hindi Teacher position.
- Degree or certification in Special Education, with experience supporting learners with diverse needs and creating individualized education plans.
- Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and student assessment skills, with the ability to use child-centered and inquiry-based teaching methods.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and colleagues within a multicultural school community.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and digital learning tools to enhance teaching and resource management.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practices, professional ethics, and continuous professional development.
