We deliver play-based, inquiry-led learning aligned with international early years practices to prepare children for school readiness and holistic development. Position: Early Years Teacher (Pre-Primary Homeroom) ? On-site role based in Bangalore, India. We are seeking energetic homeroom teachers to create safe, joyful classrooms that foster curiosity, language development, motor skills, and social-emotional growth. Role & Responsibilities Plan and deliver daily play-based lessons and routines that support language, numeracy readiness, motor skills, and socio-emotional learning for pre-primary cohorts. Use formative observation and assessment to track developmental milestones; maintain accurate learning records and portfolios for each child. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment with structured centres, guided play, and purposeful transitions. Implement phonics and pre-literacy activities to build early reading and communication foundations. Manage classroom behaviour with positive guidance strategies and individualized support plans where needed. Engage proactively with parents and caregivers through regular updates, progress reports, and collaborative goal-setting.
