Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and classroom activities.
- Guide, mentor, and supervise Pre-Primary teachers.
- Monitor students’ academic and overall development.
- Coordinate assessments, events, activities, and parent communication.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Maintain academic records and coordinate with the Principal/Head of School.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed./NTT/D.El.Ed./ECCE preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years education.
- Good leadership, communication, organizational, and classroom-management skills.
