Role Description

The Pre-Primary Coordinator will oversee the implementation of curriculum, support teachers in instructional planning, and ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for children. This full-time, on-site role, located in Vellore, involves leading a team of educators, conducting regular training sessions, and offering constructive feedback. The candidate will also interact with parents, address their queries, and ensure compliance with the school's philosophy and ethos, as well as maintain records, coordinate events, and monitor student progress.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and curriculum design
• Excellent leadership, team management, and effective organizational skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in planning and implementing student and parent engagement programs
• Experience in assessing and tracking students' learning and development outcomes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Experience in similar roles or a teaching background in pre-primary education is a strong advantage
