Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Primary Coordinator based in Lucknow. The Pre-Primary Coordinator will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the pre-primary section, ensure that the curriculum is effectively implemented, and promote innovative teaching methods. The role involves mentoring and training teachers, fostering creativity in lesson planning, maintaining communication with parents, and ensuring a positive learning environment for young children.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of early childhood education principles, curriculum development, and child-development practices
• Leadership, team management, and teacher mentoring skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in planning activities and innovative learning methodologies for young children
• Organizational and administrative skills to manage school operations effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in managing pre-primary education or a similar coordination role is an advantage
