Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Pre Post Sales Engineer to join our team at Ludhiana/ Jammu/ Chandigarh/ Delhi location. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales and post-sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, propose tailored AV solutions, and assist with installation and troubleshooting. The role also includes maintaining strong partners relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and participating in training and technical workshops to stay updated on new technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to provide technical solutions effectively
- Experience in Technical Support, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge and expertise in Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience in the audiovisual industry is must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
