Role Description
The Collection Executive role at SalaryOnTime is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The person in this role will manage loan repayment follow-ups, contact customers through calls and messages, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts while maintaining respectful, professional interactions. Daily responsibilities include tracking overdue accounts, negotiating feasible repayment plans, updating records in internal systems, and escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary. The Collection Executive will collaborate closely with the finance and customer support teams, adhere to regulatory and company policies, and contribute to minimizing default rates and improving overall collection efficiency.
Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers Welcome
Experience in Collections, NBFC, Fintech, BPO, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
