🚨 We’re Hiring: Pre-Collections Executive (Walk-in Interview)
📍 Location: Plot No. 91, Third Floor, Sector 44, Gurugram

✔ 1–5 Years
✔ NBFC / Fintech experience preferred
🚶 Walk-in Interview Details:

📌 Round: Face-to-Face (F2F) Only
📌 Timing: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end
pre-collections for Payday & Personal Loans
• Monitor
daily/monthly collection performance (MTD & YTD)
• Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
• Follow up with
customers for timely payments
• Control
delinquency and improve collection efficiency
• Ensure compliance
with RBI guidelines
💡 Skills Required:
• Good
communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of
collections process & MIS reporting
• Target-oriented
approach
• Basic Excel
knowledge preferred
