Summary:
Completes documents by entering data, completing reports, and digital filing. Coordinates with Claims Team for vehicle inspections and rental setups. Document review, Live Chat, email and text communications. Support other Teams as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting department documents and information.
- Determines priority, format, and other requirements by reviewing instructions or references.
- Verifies information by comparing information to original source; recalculating totals.
- Completes documents by entering/typing data from source materials and message recordings.
- Revises documents by entering/retyping edited data.
- Verifies documents by proofreading and rechecking requirements.
- Maintains work flow by sorting and delivering information.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests via telephone, text, Live Chat or emails.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Familiar with a call center environment: documenting and processing incoming calls effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Available for work Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Familiar with data entry, task management, 10-key entry, data management systems, browsers, email and faxing software.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and succeed in team-focused workflows.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma required.
- Some college a plus.
- Prefer Spanish speaker.
