About the role

Description

This position requires a highly motivated, self-directed individual who is responsible for HOA activities.


Areas of responsibility  include cost, schedule, operations, financials and board communications.  


Key Responsibilities


Project Management & Operations

  • Direct and manage HOA-related projects from initiation through completion.
  • Monitor project status, timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence.
  • Respond to and manage requested changes in project scope.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure all project details are addressed thoroughly and documented clearly.
  • Hold project team members accountable to expectations and deadlines.

Stakeholder & Board Relations

  • Serve as the primary liaison with HOA board members, homeowners, contractors, and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with board members, maintenance staff, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Provide clear, professional communication and updates to stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely progress reports, recommendations, and status summaries.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and maintenance teams to support HOA operational needs.
  • Follow through on commitments to ensure successful project completion.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare required project reports and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records related to schedules, costs, and project milestones.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to produce clear and accurate reports.

Education & Work Experience

  • Accounting Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $75,000
