We are looking for a Meshing Engineer / CAE Modeler with 5–6 years of experience in CAE pre-processing, FE model building and meshing, with strong hands-on experience in BETA CAE ANSA. The candidate must have experience in 2D and 3D meshing, surface meshing, volume meshing, shell meshing, tetra meshing, mesh generation, mesh quality checks, geometry cleanup, defeaturing, topology preparation, midsurface extraction and CAD geometry preparation. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying finite element models using ANSA, performing geometry cleanup and preparation, generating high-quality 2D/3D meshes, checking element quality, resolving mesh-related issues and preparing FE models for FEA/CAE analysis. Strong understanding of CAE pre-processing, finite element modeling, FEA, mesh quality criteria and automotive/mechanical engineering applications is required. Experience in automotive CAE, vehicle components, BIW, chassis, crash, NVH or structural analysis projects is preferred. Candidates may have titles such as Meshing Engineer, CAE Engineer, CAE Pre-Processing Engineer, CAE Preprocessor, CAE Modeler, FEA Modeler, FE Modeler, FEA Engineer or Simulation Engineer. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automobile Engineering or related engineering discipline.
