8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, preferably within Automotive, Medical, or Industrial products.
• Detailed knowledge of IEC 62443, the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and ISO/SAE 21434.
• Proven experience in threat modeling (STRIDE, PASTA, DREAD), security risk analysis, and penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience executing CRA Phase 1 (Readiness & Gap Assessment) and Phase 2 (Implementation & Conformance).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and standards.
• At least 1 year of direct, ongoing customer interaction experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal & written communication skills.
• Experience working in collaborative, onsite team environments with a focus on cybersecurity initiatives.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities during execution based on business needs.
