About the role

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across projects.
  • Take part in presales activities: RFPs, client calls, solution architecture & PoCs.
  • Design and manage scalable Azure/AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Architect CI/CD pipelines and implement automation at every stage of software delivery.
  • Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Product.
  • Drive performance monitoring, cost optimization, and system resilience.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 12–16 years of IT experience, with 7+ years in DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience in Azure/AWS, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, Docker & K8s.
  • Excellent scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Bash.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and working in Agile environments.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in client-facing roles, done presales., experience in MLops, DevSecOps
