Requirements:

1. Experience in developing Android apps.
2. Great understanding of Android development SDK and Android App components.
    
3. Expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with modern app architecture.
4. Conversant with Coroutines, Flow, ViewModel and Navigation APIs.
5. Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code.
6. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with designers to create smooth user experiences.
7. Hands-on experience with Android's debugging, unit-testing, memory and performance optimisation tools.
8. Ability to mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
