We’re Hiring: Proposal Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment

At GI Water Tech Pvt. Ltd., we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for water and wastewater treatment projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete proposal lifecycle for WTP, STP, and ETP projects
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals, including BOQs, BOMs, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and external partners
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, and clarifications
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards
🔹 Key Skills Required:
• Water & Wastewater Treatment expertise
• Cost Estimation, BOQ/BOM Preparation
• Tendering & Proposal Engineering
• Commercial Analysis & Value Engineering
• Knowledge of technologies like MBBR, SBR, ASP, RO, SWRO, Desalination
🔹 Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in proposal/tendering (water industry mandatory)
• Strong technical and commercial understanding
• Experience with government/private/overseas projects is a plus
• Excellent coordination and deadline management skills
