Role Description
The Shift Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations at the airport, ensuring efficiency, compliance with safety protocols, and addressing operational challenges promptly. The Shift Incharge will also supervise staff, coordinate multiple airport activities, monitor performance metrics, and strive for seamless passenger experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures are integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Operational Management skills, including supervision, decision-making, and team coordination.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance regulations, and airport operations standards.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address real-time operational challenges.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using operational tools, technologies, and software relevant to airport management.
- Ability to manage work under high-pressure situations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Airport Management, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in airport operations or a similar supervisory role is an advantage.
