Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in managing enterprise IT environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
This role will be responsible for maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure systems that support engineering, product development, and global operations.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in cloud platforms, identity management systems, network infrastructure, and endpoint security, along with the ability to lead operational excellence and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Cloud Management :
- Manage and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Administer and optimize AWS development and production environments, including provisioning resources and managing access for development teams
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security events across systems
Identity & Access Management
- Administer SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management through Okta and JumpCloud
- Ensure secure identity governance and role-based access control across systems
Endpoint & Security Management
- Manage endpoint security and device management for Mac and Windows environments
- Implement and maintain endpoint protection using CrowdStrike
- Implement patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security controls aligned with industry best practices
Network & Firewall Administration
- Configure and manage enterprise firewalls including SonicWall and Fortinet
- Maintain VPN connectivity, firewall policies, and threat prevention systems
- Optimize network infrastructure including Aruba 515 Access Point and Aruba switches for secure connectivity
Enterprise Tools & Platforms
- Administer enterprise tools including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Bitbucket
- Manage integrations, user access, and workflows across platforms
Vendor & Asset Management
- Oversee SaaS license management including renewals and cost optimization
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and SLA management
Incident Management & Operations
- Monitor infrastructure and security incidents
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation
- Ensure operational stability and continuous infrastructure improvements
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with global IT teams to ensure ITSM alignment and operational consistency
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in infrastructure management, security, and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments
- Expertise in identity and access management systems (Okta, JumpCloud)
- Experience with endpoint management and security tools
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, firewalls, and VPNs
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS tools such as Jira, JSM, and Bitbucket
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and incident management skills
- Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities
