Associate Trainee

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic J2EE Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Java and J2EE technologies and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: > Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and J2EE technologies. > Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements. > Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. > Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. > Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. > Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. > Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve skills and knowledge. Required Qualifications: > Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. > Strong understanding of Java programming language. > Basic knowledge of J2EE technologies (e.g., Servlets, JSP, EJB). > Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. > Understanding of relational databases and SQL. > Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. > Ability to work well in a team environment. > Strong communication and interpersonal skills. > Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: > Internship or academic project experience with J2EE development. > Knowledge of frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. > Understanding of version control systems like Git. > Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
