Role & Responsibilities / Job Description:
Scope of work:
We are implementing Jira JSM for our client. As part of this, we develop JSM intake forms, create automation scripts, to transition issues between jsm and Jira, and develop automation to automate manual processes. Develop Dashboards using eazy Bi and out-of-the-box widgets.
Roles
The resource will be the tech lead, who will do the following
Understand the requirements of the customer
Co-ordinate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements
Develop automation scripts, workflows, and configurations to implement them
Validate them using Zephyr
Present it to leadership for approval to deploy
Deploy the changes to production
Train end users in new functionality
Document changes in confluence pages
Day-to-day Atlassian tool upkeep and support activities
Research on solutions to given requirements
Collaborate with Atlassian and community forums for tool shortcomings and alternate options.
