About the role

At Practsphere, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for the company. Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and qualify new business leads - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage with potential clients - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales and marketing materials - Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition - Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology or professional services industry - Proven track record of successfully generating new business and closing deals - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales automation software
