Van The Vet is looking for a full-time Practice Manager to join our team in Gurgaon.
We are a small animal practice built around evidence-based medicine, advanced diagnostics, Fear Free handling, and low-stress patient care. The clinic is equipped with modern in-house technology including IDEXX laboratory systems, digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, ECG, and cardiac imaging, allowing for accurate and timely clinical decision-making. Alongside clinical care, we are also committed to community animal welfare and sterilisation efforts.
We are looking for someone organised, proactive, dependable, and good with both people and animals. This role will involve helping oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, including staff coordination, scheduling, inventory oversight, client communication, operational management, and maintaining smooth workflows across the clinic.
Previous experience in operations, hospitality, healthcare, administration, customer service, team coordination, or veterinary practice management would all be valuable. Veterinary experience is welcome but not essential for the right person. We care just as much about attitude, communication, willingness to learn, and a genuine love for animals.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
