Key Responsibilities
- Practice Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for the Cloud Engineering practice, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Multi-Cloud Strategy: Oversee the architecture and delivery of complex solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- SRE Advocacy: Implement and champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Pre-Sales & Growth: Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, including solutioning, effort estimation, and presenting proposals to prospective clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Manage resource allocation, mentor senior leads, and ensure the practice meets high-quality delivery benchmarks.
Required Skillset & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Technical Leadership roles.
- Core Technical Expertise: Proficient in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures.
- SRE Knowledge: Strong command of Site Reliability Engineering principles (Error budgets, SLIs/SLOs, automation, and observability).
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record in practice management or technical leadership.
- Business Acumen: Experience in pre-sales, proposal drafting, and client-facing technical consulting.

- Notice Period: Maximum 45 days
- Compensation: Up to ₹ 35,00,000 per annum
