<li>Experience with payer portals (e.g., Availity, Office Ally, Medicare, Medicaid portals).</li>
<li>2–5 years of experience in healthcare client services, billing, revenue cycle, credentialing, or administrative support.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally manage client-facing correspondence.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities independently.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google Workspace, and task/project tracking tools.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and strong documentation practices.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</li>
