Job Description
- Strong industry knowledge and experience in Logistics
- The role requires a balance of domain depth, client engagement, solutioning, and driving GTM and sales
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the Travel, Hospitality and Logistics practice, with a primary focus on Logistics
- Build and scale differentiated BPS offerings across logistics strategy and operations, cost optimization, order management, inventory control, customs and brokerage, warehouse operations, freight forwarding, transportation management, last-mile delivery
- Build innovative solutions for business process transformation, automation, analytics, and AI-led solutions in logistics processes
- Lead large deal pursuits, solutioning, and proposal development
- Experience in engaging with senior client stakeholders and client relationship management
- Plan and execute business consulting engagements with customer
- Lead solution discussions workshops, thought leadership, product demonstrations and proof of concepts, with clients
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and capability teams in identifying growth areas, business opportunities, growing the business with existing and new clients
- Develop sales and marketing presentations and assets
- Build relevant partnerships for vertical solutions with product vendors
- Develop industry and technology thought leadership point of views
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of domain experts and consultants
