Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Practice Lead - Presales (Apple BU) based in PUNE. The role entails leading and managing presales activities with a focus on Apple Business Unit offerings. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, technology presentations, and architectural design discussions. The Practice Lead will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs, ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery, and lead the creation of proposals and bids. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on Apple's product and service portfolio and guiding clients in selecting optimal solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in presales activities, client engagement, and defining technology solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of Apple products, solutions architecture, and enterprise technologies.
- Experience in creating proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to support business development efforts.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills for coordinating with sales and delivery teams.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to stay updated on technology trends and apply those insights to design practical and innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
- Industry certifications in Apple technologies or systems are a strong advantage.
