Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as single point of accountability for end-to-end delivery across one or more strategic client accounts
Own multi-service line delivery including solution design, estimation, staffing, and execution
Lead delivery governance, SLA adherence, escalation management, and client communication
Drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Own P&L and cost of delivery, including budgeting, forecasting, margin tracking, and productivity improvements
Ensure accurate monthly forecasting (revenue, margin, capacity) and compliance with internal governance
Lead transformation roadmaps aligned to client business outcomes and long-term account growth
Collaborate with practice, solutioning, and presales teams for large deals, renewals, and expansions
Must-Have Skills
Proven expertise in large-scale, multi-service line program delivery
Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Experience managing complex global delivery models
Strong P&L ownership experience with revenue, margin, and cost optimization
