🚀 We're Hiring | Practice Head – ERP (Oracle Practice) | Hyderabad (Full-Time)
Are you a seasoned Oracle ERP leader ready to build, scale, and own a high-growth practice? We're looking for a visionary Practice Head – ERP (Oracle Practice) to lead our Oracle ecosystem at AppsTek Corp!
🔧 Oracle Practice Focus Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) · Oracle EBS · Oracle HCM · Oracle SCM · Oracle Financials · AI-Enabled ERP · Managed Services · NetSuite, and multiple ERP Experience
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Define & execute Oracle ERP practice growth roadmap aligned with organizational goals ✅ Own full P&L — revenue, margins, and practice profitability ✅ Build differentiated offerings across Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS Modernization & NetSuite, SAP ✅ Establish and scale Oracle-focused Centers of Excellence (CoEs) ✅ Drive ERP-led growth through upselling, cross-selling & transformation programs ✅ Lead large ERP deals, RFPs, pursuits & build CXO-level client relationships ✅ Ensure delivery excellence across Finance, SCM & HCM modules ✅ Build & scale high-performing Oracle ERP teams — functional + technical ✅ Drive innovation through AI-enabled ERP & automation accelerators ✅ Strengthen Oracle alliances, partnerships & ecosystem relationships
📋 What We're Looking For
🔹 15+ years in IT Services / Digital Transformation 🔹 8+ years in leadership — Practice Head / Delivery Head / BU Head 🔹 Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion), Oracle EBS & NetSuite & SAP 🔹 Proven P&L ownership with multi-million revenue growth track record 🔹 Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs globally 🔹 Strong consulting-led, solution-selling background 🔹 Oracle partnership / alliance management experience 🔹 Executive stakeholder management & CXO engagement skills
