Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Practice Head – CRM / Campaign Management. The Practice Head will lead and manage the CRM and Campaign Management function to deliver robust marketing automation strategies while ensuring seamless client engagement. Responsibilities include developing and scaling CRM practices, designing and executing campaign workflows, providing strategic guidance to clients, analyzing campaign performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to drive impactful results.
Qualifications
- In-depth expertise in CRM platforms, campaign management, and marketing automation tools
- Proven experience with developing and implementing MarTech strategies
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure and optimize campaign success
- Leadership capabilities with experience managing remote teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail
- Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing and customer engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in CRM or MarTech are a plus
