Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a PR & Social Media Marketing Executive. The individual will be responsible for crafting and distributing press releases, managing PR efforts, executing effective strategic communication plans to enhance brand recognition. Other responsibilities include managing Kaizen AI’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with media agencies, journalists, and PR partners.
- Draft press communications, media briefs, and outreach emails.
- Support announcements, partnerships, and event communications.
- Draft leadership posts and industry commentary for company representatives.
- Prepare briefing documents ahead of meetings and events.
- Manage and create content for the company’s social media platforms to strengthen brand presence.
- Track relevant industry news and opportunities for brand engagement.
- Report media coverage, brand visibility, and impact metrics.
- Support communication for industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Drive earned media opportunities including interviews, features, opinion pieces, and expert commentary
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years experience in PR, Communications, Media Relations, Social media Marketing
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into powerful narratives
- Strategic thinker with execution speed
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environments
