The role we're filling:

We're looking for a PR Manager who has been in the room — the press briefing, the ministry corridor, the PIB coordination call. Someone who understands that government communication isn't just messaging. It's nation-building.

If you've managed media for a ministry, PSU, or government body and know how to navigate the unique demands of public sector PR — approvals, stakeholders, sensitivities, and all — this role was written for you.

What you'll own:

→ Lead end-to-end PR strategy for government and ministry client mandates

→ Draft, position, and distribute press releases that get picked up — not ignored

→ Build and maintain a strong network across print, digital, broadcast, and wire media

→ Coordinate directly with government stakeholders, IAS officers, ministry PROs, and communications teams

→ Develop crisis communication frameworks and proactive reputation strategies

→ Represent clients at press conferences, media briefings, and public events

→ Track media coverage, analyse sentiment, and report outcomes to leadership

You're the one if you have:

✅ 5–7 years in PR, communications, or media — with a meaningful chunk spent on government, ministry, or PSU accounts

✅ Existing relationships with journalists covering governance, policy, infrastructure, or public affairs beats

✅ Hands-on experience drafting press notes, PIB-style releases, or official government communications

✅ A sharp understanding of how government approvals, hierarchies, and sensitivities shape communication.

✅ Fluency in both English and Hindi (written and spoken) — non-negotiable for this role

✅ Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field

Bonus points if you've worked with:

⭐ DAVP, PIB, DD News, All India Radio, or any state DPR

⭐ Central or state government ministries directly

⭐ PSUs like ONGC, NTPC, SAIL, BPCL, ISRO, or similar

⭐ Election Commission, NITI Aayog, or autonomous government bodies
