Own PR for creators and campaigns at Chtrbox; building narratives, driving media coverage, and positioning creators & leadership as industry voices. This role would entail, but not be limited to:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and drive PR strategy for both the Represent division and its roster of creators, ensuring consistent and differentiated positioning
- Build and nurture strong relationships with media, journalists, editors, and key industry stakeholders
- Develop tailored PR narratives for individual creators based on their persona, audience, and content niche
- Conceptualize and execute PR plans including pitches, press releases, media kits, and communication assets across campaigns and ongoing visibility
- Position creators and leadership as thought leaders through interviews, features, panels, and industry opportunities
- Identify and unlock high-impact visibility opportunities across media, industry platforms, and cultural moments
- Strategically source and facilitate visibility-led opportunities including editorial features, appearances, styling collaborations, and curated experiences that enhance creator positioning and public image
- Manage reputation and crisis communications, ensuring timely and strategic responses to safeguard both creator and brand equity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with talent management, marketing, and brand teams to ensure integrated storytelling and execution
- Work closely with creators to understand their personal brand goals and align PR efforts with their long-term growth
- Establish processes and SOPs to streamline PR workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency in execution
- Track and evaluate PR performance, including media coverage quality, share of voice, and impact of PR initiatives
What Comes in Handy
- 3–6 years of experience in PR/communications (agency or in-house)
- Strong media network with a proven track record of securing impactful coverage
- Experience in building creator/leadership narratives and profiling
- Solid understanding of the influencer/creator ecosystem
- Ability to craft and execute tailored PR strategies end-to-end
- Strong storytelling, writing, and pitching skills
- Experience in managing PR crises and stakeholder communication
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work across teams and external partners.
