Job Overview
Support the Head of Communications in executing Stellantis India's corporate communications, CSR and government affairs activities — ensuring consistent messaging, proactive media engagement, and effective stakeholder support in line with business priorities.
Corporate Communications
Support execution of the corporate communications plan, including media relations, press releases, leadership communications, and crisis response, under the Head's direction. Help maintain journalist relationships, track media coverage and sentiment, and coordinate with global and regional comms teams for message consistency.
CSR
Support planning and delivery of CSR initiatives partner coordination, project tracking, impact reporting, in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Government Affairs
Help maintain relationships with government and regulatory stakeholders and track relevant policy developments. Prepare briefs, stakeholder mapping and support leadership's engagement with policymakers and industry bodies.
Qualification and Experience: Master's in Communications/ Business, PR, Journalism, Public Policy, or related field. 10–15 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or CSR automotive/manufacturing/MNC background preferred, with experience supporting senior leadership communications.
Performance Indicator: Quality of media coverage support; timely, well-executed campaigns; CSR delivery against plan; effective coordination with government/industry stakeholders; agency and budget tracking accuracy.

- Strong execution ability, stakeholder collaboration, and attention to compliance and governance.
