🎯 Role OverviewWe are building a PR + Community + Outreach role to scale the voice of Puneet Aggarwal (ThatAyurvedaGuy). This is not an agency coordination role. This is an execution + ownership role.
👉 You will directly influence:
- Media visibility
- Podcast presence
- Community conversations
- Founder positioning
- 🚀 What You’ll Do
1. PR & Media Outreach- Pitch founder stories, interviews, and insights
- Build relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts
- Secure:
- Media features
- Podcast invites
- Guest articles
- Track what works and improve outreach
2. Podcast & Thought Leadership Growth- Identify relevant podcasts & platforms
- Pitch and secure speaking opportunities
- Build consistent presence in founder-led conversations
3. Community Presence (Reddit + Beyond)- Engage in real discussions (not promotion)
- Build credibility in:
- Ayurveda
- Wellness
- Founder journeys
- Track conversations, trends, and sentiment
4. Corporate & Strategic Outreach- Reach out to:
- HR leaders
- Corporates
- Event organizers
- Unlock:
- Talks
- Panels
- Wellness collaborations
5. Founder Voice Execution- Write:
- Outreach emails
- Media pitches
- Community responses
- Ensure communication is:
- Clear
- Thoughtful
- Non-salesy
- 🧠 Who This Role Is For4–8 years in PR / communications / outreach
- Strong writing + pitching ability
- Someone who can execute, not just plan
- Comfortable working directly with a founder
- Curious about Ayurveda / wellness / human behavior

💰 Compensation ₹55000 per month
