Overview

NOTE:  This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office to one of our local offices in:  Louisville; KY; Allentown, PA  OR  Providence, RI.    #INDPPL    #LI-Hybrid

 

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to support the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work on creating new and enhancing existing key account management, marketing, and distributed generation and electric connection processes through Salesforce organization configuration, custom developments, and tight collaboration with business and functional teams.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting, enhancing, and upgrading multiple Salesforce organizations within the enterprise.
  • Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Platform, Classic, Lightning Web components, Lightning Flows, Apex Class, and Triggers
  • Work closely with product, functional and technical analysts, and architects to deliver Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
  • Build and consume APIs for system integrations across customer, work management, data warehouse and GIS enterprise systems and processes.
  • Participate in solution design reviews, code walkthroughs, and unit testing.
  • Ensure enterprise Salesforce organizations are compliant with Salesforce and enterprise best practices, security standards, and project governance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years or related experience OR 8+ years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, Sharing/Security Model and data modeling.
  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud implementation.
  • Proficient in Apex, Triggers, and Flows
  • Experience with data migration and exporting using tools such as Data Loader.
  • Experience of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with creating and administrating sandboxes and backup and restore solutions such as Salesforce OWN.
  • Experience working in agile/Scrum environments.
  • Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
