Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Expert with hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads for the US Tech Support process. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing paid campaigns, optimizing ROI, and driving inbound calls/leads through various PPC platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns targeting the US Tech Support market.
- Generate quality inbound calls and leads through:
- Google Ads
- Bing Ads
- Native Ads
- Display & Search campaigns
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, and conversion tracking daily.
- Create and test ad copies, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversions.
- Handle geo-targeting, device targeting, and scheduling for US audiences.
- Analyze reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US Tech Support PPC campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and tracking tools.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies for inbound tech support calls.
- Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, GTM, and landing page optimization.
