Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in the Mohali district and calls for a skilled PPC Team Lead to oversee and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. The primary responsibilities include strategizing, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive measurable outcomes. The role requires analyzing campaign performance, conducting competitor research, mentoring team members, and ensuring all projects align with the company’s marketing objectives. The PPC Team Lead will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless communication and the achievement of departmental goals.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of Experience in PPC, Shouls have experience in Team handling and Clinet Handling.
- Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Lead, mentor and manage the team of PPC Executives.
- Communicating with clients on a regular basis with updates, PPC strategies, the progress reports and handling their queries.
- Overseeing the creation ,management, and optimization of PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media etc.
- Creating and optimizing landline pages, ad copy and ad groups for maximum campaign.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay up to date with Industry trends and practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor, track, and report on key PPC metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Implement and track conversion goals and metrics.
- Ability to manage a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
