Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, and overall performance.
- Create and manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Develop effective ad copies, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and social media teams for ad creatives and landing page requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure optimal utilization of ad spend.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Handle conversion tracking, pixel setup, event tracking, and campaign troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in PPC or performance marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and conversion tracking tools.
- Experience with keyword planning, audience segmentation, and bid optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is an added advantage.
