Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mangaluru for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. The role involves analyzing campaign data, conducting A/B testing, identifying areas for improvement, and driving performance metrics. Additionally, responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad networks
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data, assess performance, and suggest improvements
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and online traffic analysis tools
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies and how they align with paid campaigns
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of graphic design, web development, or related tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
