Job Summary:
MDN Salesforce Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented PPC Specialist with prior experience in the Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, improving lead quality, controlling CPL, and driving ROI-focused digital marketing strategies across Google and Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for branding and conversions
• Generate high-quality real estate leads through paid and organic campaigns
• Optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion performance
• Handle SEO activities including on-page and off-page optimization
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports
• Optimize landing pages, audience targeting, ad copies, and keywords
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
• Analyze competitor campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends
Mandatory Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Prior experience in Real Estate digital marketing campaigns
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Candidate must be based in Pune or willing to work from Pune
Preferred Qualifications:
• Google Ads Certification preferred
• Ability to independently manage performance campaigns
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage
