Job Description : PPC Specialist (Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads)
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Employment Type: Full-time, WFO
Experience: Minimum 4 years (2 years of agency experience is must)
Role Overview
We are looking for a PPC Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. This role requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to continuously improve campaign performance through testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and allocate spend to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics dashboards.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with SEO and web development teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking, tracking pixels, and attribution models to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or PPC marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience is a must.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or landing page optimization.
